Before your delivery

Please measure your doorways, lifts and stairwells against the dimensions listed on the product page. Large sofas and beds are the pieces that most often will not turn a tight corner. If you are unsure, send us a photograph on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will fit.

Outside the UAE

We ship to the wider GCC by arrangement. Message us for a quote.

Five-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the frame and joinery. Stocked pieces can be returned within 7 days. Because we build in our own Sharjah workshop, most repairs are handled at the bench rather than sent abroad.

Warranty

Every piece we make carries a five-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the frame, joinery, mechanisms and finish.

Five years is not a marketing number. It is what a kiln-dried hardwood frame, cut and jointed in our own workshop, is built to survive.

What is covered

• Frame and joinery failure under normal domestic use
• Faulty mechanisms — drawer runners, hinges, recliner and storage mechanisms
• Defective stitching or seam failure in upholstery
• Finish defects present on delivery

What is not covered

• Normal wear: fabric pilling, softening of foam, patina on natural timber and leather
• Damage from misuse, accidents, pets, or unsuitable cleaning products
• Damage from prolonged direct sunlight or damp
• Pieces that have been altered or repaired by someone else
• Commercial or contract use, unless agreed in writing

Making a claim

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photographs of the problem. We will assess it and, where it is covered, repair the piece, replace the affected part, or replace the piece — in that order of preference, because repairing what we built is usually the best outcome.

Because we manufacture in Sharjah rather than import, most repairs are handled at our own bench rather than sent abroad.

Looking after your furniture

Well-made furniture should outlast the room it was bought for. A little care makes the difference.

Upholstery

• Vacuum weekly with a soft brush attachment to stop dust cutting into the fibres.
• Plump and rotate loose cushions weekly so they wear evenly and keep their shape.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry white cloth — never rub, and never soak.
• Keep upholstery out of prolonged direct sunlight. UV fades every fabric eventually.
• For anything more than a light mark, use a professional upholstery cleaner rather than a household spray.

Solid timber and veneer

• Dust with a soft dry cloth. For marks, a barely damp cloth, then dry immediately.
• Use coasters and mats. Heat and standing water are what damage a finish.
• Avoid silicone polishes and all-purpose sprays — they build up and dull the surface.
• Natural timber moves and darkens with age. That is the material behaving correctly, not a fault.

Leather

• Dust regularly and wipe with a slightly damp cloth.
• Condition every six to twelve months with a product made for your leather type.
• Keep it away from radiators, air-conditioning outlets and direct sun.

Metal and stone

• Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry at once; standing water marks both.
• Seal natural stone periodically, and wipe up oil, wine and citrus straight away.

Once a year

Check and gently tighten any visible bolts on beds, dining tables and chairs. If something has worked loose that you cannot fix, message us — we built it, so we can usually repair it in our own workshop.
